This white Mangalica pork back bacon is salted with regular table salt. It is then marinated in a herbal brine and, after 22 days, smoked in a traditional smokehouse using beech wood. Prepared this way, the bacon will keep for years. We do not use nitrite salt or any other preserving agents.
