Spicy paprika salami is one of our top products. It comes in two varieties: mild or spicy. Since our Paprikáš is so popular, we decided to make a thick-cut version as well. The ingredients and great taste remain the same; the only difference is that it’s stuffed into a thicker pork gut. We add hand-cut bacon, spices from a local farmer, and mild paprika to make the paprika salami. It is stuffed into a pork large intestine gut. We smoke it in a traditional smokehouse using beech wood.
